Hiring Immediately - 1st Shift Warehouse Forklift Operator / Order Picker - Shippensburg, PA:
Inergroup is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as First Shift Warehouse Forklift Operator โ€“ Order Pickers in Shippensburg, PA.  As a Forklift Operator โ€“ Order Picker at Inergroup, you will be an integral part of our operation, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our warehouse activities.  Your primary responsibilities will include picking orders, operate a forklift to transport products within a warehouse environment, and complete other general labor activities.

This Warehouse Forklift Operator โ€“ Order Picker job offers weekly pay starting at $20 per hour and great benefits are available.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner
  • Move product to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Safely operate equipment and machinery as necessary for warehouse tasks.
  • Wrapping pallets, packing loading and shipment confirmation of customer orders 
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet daily goals.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years experience operating stand-up high reach forklift or stand-up dock stocker forklift
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Must be capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift and walking throughout the warehouse.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
