Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

This role involves shipping and receiving parts, materials, cores, and equipment while replenishing inventory in the computer system. The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring packages show no visible damage, and verifying all items received comply with federal regulations and company policies regarding quality, documentation, and traceability. This includes verifying part numbers, serial numbers, and shelf life. Additional duties include performing shelf life audits, building or relocating shelving, and conducting cycle counts.

Responsibilities

  • Ship and receive parts, materials, cores, and equipment.
  • Replenish inventory in the computer system.
  • Verify packages for visible damage.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies regarding quality, documentation, and traceability.
  • Check part numbers, serial numbers, and shelf life.

Work Environment

Shift Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm

Work indoors in a warehouse located at Van Nuys Airport. Dress code includes a T-shirt, work pants, and close-toed shoes.
