Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing new revenue by engaging with our Enterprise level Healthcare prospects. Achieving the assigned annual quota by driving new background screening revenue is the definition of success. The prospecting client base will be primarily focused on the "Private Carrier" segment of Healthcare and is made up of the Enterprise level target companies. This position and the Sales activities are supported by our Implementation, Client Success, and Information Technology teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Utilizes extensive prospecting techniques to build and establish a self-generated pipeline.Resources such as cold calling, preferred partnerships, marketing campaigns and search platforms will be at your disposal.
Ascertains NEW client relationships exclusively.
Presents, negotiates and follows all new sales through contract execution and implementation - partnering with Cisive resources to support and ensure closure and acceptable implementation expectations.
Maintains accurate records and client contact information within Salesforce.com, to ensure senior management has access to pipeline/forecasting data.
Promotes a professional company image through prompt, thorough and courteous prospect interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

Healthcare Experience required.

Large enterprise level experience required.

BA/BS Degree Required.
Experienced with sales cycles longer than 6 months in length required.
Proven over-target attainment against established quotas in prior positions.
Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnerships.
Consultative solution selling experience.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong motivational and presentation skills.
Strong communications skills.
