Your role and responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Director of Human Resources by posting job openings, on-boarding new employees and keeping detailed employee records
  • Recruit and identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Using HRIS you will screen, interview, onboard and hire new employees, provide HR orientations, process terminations and status changes (full cycle HR)
  • Attend required hospital special events, job fairs and other HR related activities as needed

Qualifications

Your Qualifications & Experience will include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; but not required.  
  • Previous experience working as a HR Specialist
  • Previous experience working as a recruiter, preferably 1-2 years recruiting in the healthcare industry 
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and a self-starter; ability to work within your experience to complete tasks 
  • Experience with HRIS preferred (iCIMS, Lawson, Workday, I9 Advantage, Cisive are currently utilized)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (no exceptions), able to pass a background check and drug screen
