About the team:

We are looking for a product manager intern to join our Merchandise Growth team in Seattle. This role focuses on building seller-side tools and systems that help merchants grow from zero to breakout success on our e-commerce platform. You will work on product lifecycle modeling, cold-start mechanisms, and incentive design — all grounded in data.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate growth mechanisms for new products, including cold-start pathways, growth scoring models, and task-based incentive systems.
  • Analyze product and merchant data to identify growth opportunities and measure outcomes.
  • Draft structured product requirement documents (PRDs) and user flows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, algorithm, and ops teams to drive product delivery.
  • Track KPIs, support A/B testing, and contribute to ongoing product iteration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong analytical skills – proficient with SQL, Excel, or other data tools.
  • Interest in e-commerce product design, platform growth, and merchant success.
  • Clear communicator with strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Experience with seller-facing e-commerce tools (e.g. merchant dashboards, listing tools, or growth platforms) is a strong plus.
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in e-commerce merchandising platforms, seller onboarding tools, or buyer-seller matchmaking systems.
