We are looking for Production Line Operators! The Production Line Operator is responsible for the day-to-day duties in running equipment to produce quality product, safely and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
  • Work in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Identifies any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the "Zero and Beyond" safety goal/initiative.
  • Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.
  • Performing setups in accordance with established procedure.
  • Loading/unloading equipment.
  • Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.
  • Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality.
  • Participating in cross-training activities
  • Performing other duties as required or directed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
  • Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • You must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.
  • You must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
  • You must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
  • You must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills.
  • Opportunity to be trained and drive fork-lift if needed.
  • Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision.
