Production Line Operator Role:
As a Production Line Operator, youโ€™ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process:
  • Monitor plastic extrusion or stranding lines to ensure high-quality, timely cable production.
  • Perform machine startups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance.
  • Conduct measurement checks to meet quality standards.
  • Report production issues and equipment concerns proactively.
  • Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines.
What You Bring:
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse roles (within the last 7 years).
  • Ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screening.
  • Visual ability to distinguish 12 basic colors.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manually roll reels up to 800 lbs (with or without accommodation).
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with physical movement (stooping, bending, standing, sitting).
Preferred:
  • Proficiency in basic calculations and measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges).
  • Full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers.
