Thriv Drink Project is seeking a Line / Production Operator for our production facility in Cypress, CA!

Thriv Drink Project is a fast-growing cold juice and co-packing beverage company. We have been in operation
for a few years and growth has increased year after year. We are growing with that small company feel still
intact. We believe in individual contribution and strive to be the leader in our field.
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 DOE
Shifts:
Monday - Friday
Time: 05:00 - 13:30
Job Description: The Line / Production Operator is a key position within our manufacturing place and
supports operations in production and sanitation duties. We strive to the highest safety, quality, and efficiency
standards. This position is exposed to both refrigerated and non-refrigerated areas throughout our facility.
Sorting, loading, cutting, and pressing produce
Utilize chemicals to clean and sanitize food contact and non-food contact surfaces
Utilize pressurized water to clean floors
Follow all GMP procedures
Responsible for documentation of job tasks performed
Requires frequent bending, stooping, pushing, walking, and lifting
Set up production equipment as needed
Responsible for dumping trash
PPE required to be worn as detailed in GMP procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Willingness and ability to work in wet, ambient to cold environments
Previous experience working independently
Previous manufacturing / food production experience preferred
Previous sanitation experience preferred
Previous GMP food experience required
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, as this is not a sit-down position
Must be able to work long hours and work overtime when required
Knowledgeable on OSHA laws
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must be 18 years or older
Should have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs frequently
