  • Establish alignment & transparency into Standard Costing and BOM costs for a portfolio of Anduril products.
  • Work crossโ€‘functionally with Division Finance and Manufacturing Functional teams to own consolidation of Product Revenue and costing models, business case analyses, and decisionโ€‘making frameworks.
  • Lead planning and execution of financials and resource analysis across functions such as engineering, supply chain, program management, and operations.
  • Develop longโ€‘term cost management and reduction programs, including product profitability roadmaps for new technologies.
  • Build novel financial frameworks for thinking through operational decisions, including but not limited to manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
  • Support crossโ€‘functional teams with tradeโ€‘off studies to achieve sustainable unit economics.
  • Develop complex financial models to assess various financial scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
  • Adopt a standardized data model, but tailor it to the needs of your respective Product portfolio.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Lead the development of executiveโ€‘level reporting and present financial insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or technical background (Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations) is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing finance, business unit finance, management consulting, investment banking, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner.
  • Strong analytical aptitude; ability to think about problems in terms of numbers.
  • Experience executing analyses in Excel and translating findings to business partners.
  • Willingness to learn how to use corporate systems (e.g., Salesforce, Coupa, Anaplan) and analytic/dashboarding tools (e.g., Palantir Foundry).
  • Comfort communicating broadly and having a large audience review your work; this role can at times require communication with large groups and senior leadership.
  • Enjoy working at a place where flexibility is valued; you can leave early for appointments or run errands, but may also respond to Slack in the evening while watching Netflix.
