Company Description

We're a team of makers and dreamers, turning strategic ideas into flawless retail executions. We collaborate closely with our clients to elevate the expected and embrace the new, the next, and the complex.

Nothing is impossible- If you can shop it, we can do it.

Job Description

We're looking for a Production Designer with experience in print and digital in-store retail work.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of visual design and creative production, with an emphasis on brand consistency, accuracy, and craft. In partnership with cross-functional production, copy, design, and creative teams, you will help design and produce on-brand retail assets across physical and digital touchpoints. You'll use strong graphic and technical design skills to ensure assets are organized, spec-compliant, and production-ready at delivery.

This role requires working knowledge of mechanical builds, print production processes, and digital production workflows, as well as strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Figma is a plus. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create on-brand, production-ready design assets including in-store displays, banners, signage, window clings, and similar deliverables.
  • Build and update files using established templates, guidelines, and specs; ensure correct setup for print production (e.g., bleeds, dielines, versioning).
  • Perform detailed QA for visual accuracy, brand alignment, specs, and campaign consistency; flag issues early and propose solutions.
  • Produce and adapt digital assets for campaign needs.
  • Prepare clean, organized, export-ready files; ensure correct dimensions, file formats, naming conventions, and delivery specs.
  • Support multi-size/multi-version rollouts efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including production, design, copy, and client stakeholders to execute work accurately and on time.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects by tracking priorities, timelines, and feedback cycles with guidance from senior team members as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements (templates, checklists, handoff standards, file organization) to support consistent delivery.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or production design, ideally with retail/shopper or campaign production work (agency, in-house, or consultancy experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience designing for print-focused retail/shopper campaigns (in-store, POS/POP, displays, banners, signage, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with PowerPoint and Figma is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of prepress, mechanical building, and print production (substrates, dielines, trims/bleeds, print specs).
  • Experience supporting digital production workflows (asset resizing/versioning, export specs, file hygiene, delivery packaging).
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, composition) and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, organized, and responsive; able to manage deadlines and shifting priorities.
