Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Designer to join our New York office, supporting our directors and the broader agency in the execution and production of high-quality design work. This role is highly executional—focused on taking creative direction from senior team members and translating it into polished, production-ready assets. You will play a critical role in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and quality across deliverables while helping bring creative visions to life. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer early in their career (~2 years of experience) who has a strong foundation in design, experience working with established brands, and is looking to grow within a best-in-class creative organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute design production across a range of client and internal projects based on direction from Creative Directors and Design Directors
  • Update, version, and adapt existing assets across formats, platforms, and use cases
  • Prepare final files for delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
  • Translate creative concepts into production-ready outputs while maintaining design integrity
  • Ensure all work strictly adheres to brand standards, guidelines, and visual systems
  • Manage multiple incoming requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain organized file structures and efficient workflows for handoff and archiving
  • Collaborate with designers, directors, and cross-functional teams to support project needs
  • Contribute to consistency and excellence across all deliverables

Experience and Education

  • ~2 years of professional design experience (agency, brand, or studio environment preferred)
  • Experience supporting large brands or working within structured brand systems
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Mastery of layout, typography, and production best practices
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and systems
  • Ability to follow creative direction while executing with precision and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Familiarity with preparing files for print, digital, and social formats
  • Experience with digital tools and AI is a plus

The pay range for this position is: $70,000- $80,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
