Who We're Looking For:
The Product Manager is responsible for leading the US commercialization and launch of a new flexible endoscope PrimeSight UltraView™ and related ancillary endoscopic devices with global expansion to follow. This role defines the global product strategy, roadmap, and translates upstream strategy into executable downstream plans, developing positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market assets that drive adoption and revenue. The manager partners cross-functionally with sales, clinical, training, regulatory, and regional teams to ensure launch readiness, including sales enablement, clinician education, competitive differentiation, and post-launch optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with the Senior Director and Product Management to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for the flexible cystoscope portfolio, while contributing to the long-term visualization product roadmap.
  • Lead from the front by owning the PrimeSight® product portfolio, including active field engagement through recurring visits with key accounts and physicians. Build and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) in close partnership with the Training & Education (T&E) team.
  • Define and drive the global strategy for the PrimeSight® portfolio, including value proposition, product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy. Support cross-functional teams in preparation for OUS expansion and launches, coordinating with Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, and international stakeholders.
  • Develop high-impact commercial assets-including product brochures, patient education materials, sales tools, economic value models, and digital advertising-to support U.S. and regional teams for the PrimeSight UltraView™ product launch.
  • Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel, direct-to-patient awareness campaigns in collaboration with internal Marketing Communications and external creative, media, and agency partners to accelerate sales growth and market share gains.
  • Partner with the Marketing Communications team to develop compelling web content grounded in approved product claims, clinical evidence, and supporting data.
  • Collaborate closely with the Training & Education team to design and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and launch curricula that prepare sales representatives for current and future portfolio launches.
  • Work with educational stakeholders to define physician training pathways, onboarding programs, and proficiency requirements.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and market research to inform strategic positioning, messaging, and portfolio decision-making.
  • Ensure all messaging, materials, and campaigns remain compliant with regulatory, legal, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Regulatory and International Marketing teams to support product registrations and global expansion, ensuring alignment across strategy, messaging, congress presence, promotional activities, and tactical execution. Share best practices, gather customer insights, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute a cohesive global conference and trade show strategy aligned with portfolio priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree.
    • Business, Marketing, Public relations, or Communications degrees preferred
  • Experience working in medical device or pharmaceutical industry with a strong preference in urology expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate their plans and marketing strategy
