Our incredible growth requires the absolute best 3D Product Visualization Artist in the consumer products industry to join our team. This position is based in our Pittsburgh (Lawrence), PA office and will report to our Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Create photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and visual content that bring our products to life across eCommerce, packaging, and marketing channels
  • Translate CAD models into production-ready, high-quality visual assets through advanced material creation, lighting, and scene composition
  • Develop compelling visual storytelling through still imagery, motion, and interactive content (e.g., 360°, AR where applicable)
  • Own the end-to-end visualization pipeline, from concept and storyboarding through final render output
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure visuals clearly communicate product features and benefits
  • Optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and consistency across brands and product lines
  • Continuously elevate output by staying current with rendering techniques, tools, and industry trends
  • Support visual content creation across both Security Products and Golf divisions
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across internal and private label brands
  • Travel up to 10% to retail partners and trade shows to evaluate market trends and competitive visual content
  • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment

Success in this role will be measured by the quality, speed, and impact of visual content across marketing and eCommerce channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a 3D Artist, Product Visualization, or Industrial Design role within a consumer products company or design firm
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Animation, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create photorealistic renderings and high-quality animations
  • Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition for product visualization
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling & rendering software (e.g., KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar)
  • Experience working with CAD-based workflows (SolidWorks or similar)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required; After Effects preferred)
  • Familiarity with animation and motion rendering workflows
  • Working knowledge of AR/VR or real-time rendering tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is a plus
  • Understanding of modern 3D/CGI workflows, including CAD optimization, asset importing, and material organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into improved processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
