Job Summary:
Frazier & Deeter is looking for a Production Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, user support, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will help maintain and support the firm's growing portfolio of applications, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration are valued.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for internally built tools, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities under the guidance of the Senior Production Support Engineer.
  • Monitor production processes, review basic logs, document incidents, and assist with initial triage and escalation.
  • Support newly acquired teams during post-cutover stabilization by helping resolve common issues quickly and documenting recurring pain points.
  • Maintain support documentation, runbooks, known-issue lists, and user-facing troubleshooting materials.
  • Coordinate with business analysts to capture feedback and route enhancement requests appropriately.
  • Assist with proactive monitoring and validation of integrations, automations, and data workflows.
  • Help reduce development-team interruptions by absorbing operational support tasks that fall outside the service desk skill set.

Education & Experience:
  • Junior to mid-level engineer with a solid technical foundation and interest in application support, integrations, and automation.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in application support, production support, integrations, or a related technical role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and escalate with clear documentation.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, logs, data flows, business applications, or automation platforms preferred.
  • Strong customer-service mindset and ability to support users during periods of change.
  • Comfort working closely with development, business analysis, support, and project teams.
  • Interest in growing into more advanced production support, development, or integration responsibilities over time.
