About the Role:
Niftylift Inc is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Department / Product Support Associate to join our team in Greer, SC! In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for customers seeking parts and product support, handling inbound orders and inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and expertise. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people find the right solutions, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer calls/emails to process parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide knowledgeable product support and technical assistance to customers
  • Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and inventory management systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory transactions
  • Assist walk-in customers as needed
  • Follow up on back-ordered or special-order parts to keep customers informed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a parts department, product support, or related customer service role preferred
  • Strong phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, diagrams, or technical documentation
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry and order processing accuracy
  • Experience with inventory or parts management software is a plus
