Job description

PRODUCTION SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Healthy Dogma | Oxford, Michigan


Healthy Dogma is hiring two dependable Production Support Associates to help support our growing pet food business. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in working hard, staying productive, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.


Schedule and Compensation

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Approximately 32 hours per week
  • $14 –$19 per hour, based on experience
  • Onsite position in Oxford, Michigan
  • No benefits are currently offered


Primary Responsibilities

  • Pack completed food batches into packages of various sizes
  • Repackage treats and other products
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Restock production and fulfillment areas
  • Assist with labeling, boxing, and general product preparation
  • Maintain clean and sanitary production, packing, and warehouse areas
  • Follow food-handling, hygiene, quality, and safety procedures
  • Perform other general business and physical-support tasks as needed
