This role involves managing our email product, which serves the email marketing needs of our clients. We handle large-scale deployments using enterprise Email Service Providers and offer file licensing for clients who prefer to manage their own email campaigns. Additionally, we provide creative services and a self-service portal for clients to leverage our capabilities.

As the Product Owner you will be the vital link between our Product Management and Technical Software Development teams. You will oversee the seamless execution of email marketing systems and related technology deliveries from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and meeting project specifications.

What you will do:

  • Act as the conduit between Product Managers, and Technical Software Developers, translating strategic visions into actionable technical requirements.

  • Manage and oversee the execution of email marketing systems and related technology deliveries, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet the defined objectives.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand campaign goals, KPIs, and visual requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of projects.

  • Utilize Scrum methodologies to manage projects in an Agile environment.

  • Use Jira for project tracking and management, ensuring all tasks are logged, tracked, and completed.

  • Leverage Aha! for product roadmap planning and alignment with project goals.

  • Ensure all email marketing systems and related technology deliveries are executed with a high level of detail and accuracy.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.

  • Align with and champion our company's digital-first strategy

To do this you will have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in technical delivery project management, with a focus on email marketing.

  • Proficient in supporting various email marketing products, tools, and platforms.

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, with hands-on Scrum experience.

  • Skilled in using Jira for project management and tracking.

  • Experienced in utilizing Aha! for product roadmap planning.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in business and systems analysis.

  • Experienced in root cause analysis.

  • Skilled in MS SQL querying.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $81,300.00 - $203,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
