UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking a Director, Product Owner, in Morrisville, NC

We're looking for a Director, Product Owner to:
Define and maintain the AI (Artificial Intelligence) product roadmap for Wealth Management America, leveraging machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics while maintaining strong partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders.


Triage with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for AI solutions. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of ML models, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation solutions, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Functionally manage product backlog, prioritize features, create user stories, and coordinate Agile/Scrum sprints to deliver AI-driven enhancements efficiently.

Monitor AI solution performance, define success metrics, evaluate predictive accuracy, and recommend improvements to optimize business outcomes.
Ensure AI products comply with financial regulations, internal policies, data privacy standards, and ethical AI guidelines, including bias detection and mitigation. Stay current on AI/ML technologies, fintech innovations, and market trends to inform product strategy and maintain competitive advantage in wealth management.
