Job Summary:
Strivector Corp is a National Recruiting and Staffing agency established in 2012 and headquartered in Austin, Texas. They are seeking a Senior Product Owner who will manage the software product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and balance candidate scope items to ensure effective product delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the software product backlog consisting primarily of features, stories, and product defects to ensure that the work defined for the development team is meaningful to the customer, yet realistic and attainable.
• Balance candidate scope items via prioritization in collaboration with the cross-functional core team.
• Consider risk factors that could affect scope, schedule, and/or resources, and inform adequate contingency plans for potential issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Software Delivery Leads, and Core Team Members to manage portfolio scoping, coordinate release activities, and partner for value delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles; experience working in Lean/Agile software development teams
• Experience using product management and development operations tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, or Jira
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
• 5+ years of applicable experience
