Product Development Owner

Hybrid (3 days onsite)-Wilmington, DE

Monday through Friday 8 to 5

Position Summary:

As a member of the Global Financial Solutions Product Team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals. As a CSC Product Owner for our Trust and Agency business, you will be accountable for developing requirements and implementing key colleague and customer facing features and capabilities that are best in class and support the multi-year vision and roadmap. Deliver significant business outcomes in terms of revenue, cost savings, & customer satisfaction within the end-to-end processes and experiences.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Partnering with Technology, leading several agile development team(s) to build out tools that are both colleague and customer-facing capabilities

  • Communicate project status updates with the appropriate level of communication to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Conduct formal and informal presentations utilizing requirement and/or technical documents, use case diagrams, process flows, UX mockups, etc.

  • Support the execution of the product roadmap 

  • Communicate complex information using a variety of techniques tailored to the audience's background

  • Interact with and influence a diverse set of individuals and groups in a range of situations

  • Effectively manage both the product and sprint backlogs for the purpose of driving efficient use of resource bandwidth

  • Foster a collaborative approach to collect ongoing feedback and opinions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Elicit, document, and maintain functional, non-functional, and system requirements through user story creation, defining of acceptance criteria, and process flows

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on all things related to trust and loan agency solutions

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 6-8 years of product or project development experience

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner

  • Proven track record of delivering complex data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset

  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with development teams and high degree of proficiency in iterative development and understanding of Agile principles

  • Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.

  • Strong UX sensibility for complex workflow-driven applications.

  • Strong understanding of entity structures, beneficial ownership, compliance requirements, and related data models.

  • Familiarity with Trust and Loan Agency businesses is a plus.
