The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backlog and sprint ownership, requirements elicitation and story shaping, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to translate business needs into prioritized, ready work that ships predictably. Responsibilities: Perform and coordinate analysis and design of business systems, from discovery through delivery. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs from business and technical perspectives. Capture business requirements and see them through implementation with engineering and QA partners. Develop, execute, and coordinate systems testing with clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done. Act as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems teams, aligning scope and timing. Required Skills & Qualifications: End-to-end sprint and backlog ownership with evidence of predictable delivery and risk management.
