Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

  •  A Digital Product Owner will drive end to end delivery, ensuring we meet 2026 roadmap commitments while building a scalable framework that supports future subscription models, assets, and customer segments

Education & Experience Required:

  •  Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years experience in this capacity
  • If not degree, they must have at least 7+ years experience in this capacity.

Required Technical Skills

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends. Work closely with engineering, design, and business development teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of technical writing- ability to write detailed product requirements for data structures to support new application or analytic features/functionality.
  • Deep user focus to define user problems to address and design approaches to visualize and information needed to make necessary decisions
  • Understanding of equipment management and relevant functions
  • Thrive in an agile working environment of quick turns and frequent iteration

  • Ability to accurately analyze situations, propose alternatives, and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment and input from various stakeholders.

Typical task breakdown:

  • Support lead product owner with customer journey mapping and requirements design across subscription purchase, upgrade, billing, and cancellation workflows.
  • Support with prioritizing the product backlog and collaborating with engineering, UX, billing, DSP integrations, and regional business teams to deliver high quality releases.
  • Create scalable models for supporting direct bill customers and multi payment options.
  • Use analytics and Voice of Customer insights to optimize user flows and drive subscription growth.
  • Support pilot deployments and phased expansion to additional customer groups and asset types.

Interaction with team:

  • Working with Lead product owner and the rest of the team.
  • Team consist of 4 folks. ( 3 product owners and 1 lead product owner)

Product Details:

  • The product is VisionLink, a fleet management application used by customers.
  • The role focuses on subscription management within VisionLink.
  • Includes both web and mobile platforms.
