This leader will partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and client-focused solutions. The ideal candidate has deep wealth management product experience, strong delivery discipline, and the ability to lead complex initiatives across platforms, data, reporting, workflow automation, and vendor integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery outcomes aligned to business goals.
  • Translate business needs, regulatory requirements, and client insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, requirements, backlog management, release planning, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Drive execution of initiatives across advisory platforms, Salesforce integrations, reporting, data quality, operational automation, and legacy modernization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment, governance, and clear communication.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the product team while establishing consistent product management practices.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk, and operational standards and support ongoing process and data improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in product management, financial services technology, or wealth management operations.
  • Prior people leadership experience managing a product team
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment operations, trust/custody, or related domains.
  • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver through cross-functional teams.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities
  • Experience with Agile or structured delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Wealthscape, Schwab, trust accounting platforms, fiduciary/trust administration, 1031 exchange and GIPS reporting.
  • Knowledge of trust, custody, tax reporting, tax loss harvesting or investment advisory processes.
  • Experience with data, reporting automation, workflow optimization, or modernization initiatives.
  • Vendor management experience and relevant certifications preferred.
    Pay Range: $129,300.00 - $172,300.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
