We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Product Manager with 5+ years of product management experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, a keen financial acumen, and excellent collaboration skills across various functions. You will focus on the Sundance Spa product lines, driving product improvements, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The Product Manager will conduct research on global competitive landscapes and product trends, ensuring the development of new and existing products aligns with customer needs and market demands. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams (NPD, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing) to resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues. Additionally, you will ensure that marketing and promotional materials accurately reflect product specifications, while identifying opportunities for cost reductions, price increases, and margin improvements.

  • Customer Feedback & Product Development: Review and act on customer feedback to update existing products, ensure relevance, and improve the product line. Work with Engineering to identify and implement product adjustments.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee multiple projects and products simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication & Delegation: Strong communication skills to confidently delegate tasks, keeping teams on target to meet deadlines. Provide clear updates and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel & Supplier Engagement: Travel to key events, suppliers, and manufacturing locations to build relationships, and support sales and marketing efforts as required. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • $120,000 + depending on experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University in related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong engineering mindset and proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in manufacturing luxury goods or higher price point items, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality control, and customer expectations for premium products.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct performance reporting, profitability analysis, and market research (competitor, sales data).
  • Proven experience managing multiple products and projects, with a strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing interests.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to act on customer feedback and ensure product relevancy.
