The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in helping us continue our innovative approach to building and delivering advanced solutions to our customers and partners.โ€ฏ You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and user experience design teams to develop modern solutions for our core business. This person will define and communicate strategy as well as day-to-day decisions regarding product development and product releases.

  What Youโ€™ll Do: 

  • Define product strategy with clear, supportable objectives and long-term vision for your area of ownership. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure product delivery and quality goals are achieved and maintained. 

  • Craft KPIs, develop a product roadmap, and write user stories / requirements for your areas of ownership. 

  • Lead the definition and delivery of AI-enabled and agentic workflows, identifying repeatable processes that can be automated or delegated to agents to improve speed, scale, and product impact. 

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, glean insights, and understand pain points to enhance product offerings. 

  • Actively contribute to cultivating a customer-obsessed, product-led design culture. 

  • Support a comprehensive testing strategy, validating solutions through quality assurance and user acceptance testing. 

  • Develop metrics to assess the success of new features and determine necessary enhancements. 

Experience: 

  • 5 + years of software/technology Product Management.  Equivalent experience in strategic marketing, business management, or other related technology functions is acceptable. 

  • Successful track record in software/technology product management and delivering features in an iterative and fast-paced environment. 

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills that bridge the gap between business and engineering teams. 

  • Ability to use data to gain product insights, validate risk, and demonstrate those risks and insights in a meaningful way. 

  • Ability to operate in an agentic product development model - driving outcomes through human + AI collaboration, with a focus on measurable impact, experimentation, and rapid iteration 

  • Excellent knowledge of standard software development methodologies. 

  • Experience launching products or features end-to-end. 

Pay Range: $129,300.00 - $172,300.00 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
