Senior Technical Product Manager

Location: Hybrid (DC Metro Area Preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
Venesco is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of FDA-regulated medical products. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product delivery, compliance, and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization
Develop Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and long-term product strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, CMC, and manufacturing
Identify development risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with FDA, GLP, and GMP standards
Conduct technical product reviews, market analysis, and competitive assessments
Support regulatory submissions including IND, NDA, BLA, and IDE
Mentor junior staff and support continuous process improvement initiatives


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:   Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or PharmD) in life sciences or related discipline   10+ years of product development or technical product management experience   Experience supporting FDA-regulated products and regulatory submissions   Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:   PMP or Agile certification   Experience supporting government or military health programs
