About the Team
Our Partnerships business works directly with external partners to offer valuable products to our customers via private label or co-branded credit cards that provide incremental benefits relative to a standard credit card. Within the Partnerships organization, our team is focused on supporting modernization efforts across our enterprise platforms, leading portfolio conversions, automating data mapping tasks, and ensuring the products we offer our partners and customers meet the highest possible standards.
We are in the early stages of our platform modernization efforts, and our team is at the forefront of helping to define the destination state of how our enterprise platforms will support the Partnerships business. These modernization efforts will play a crucial role in advancing Capital One's stature as a cutting edge Tech company, helping to move away from mainframes and onto modern, cloud-based solutions.
Our team is also working to define the destination state for key features like product setup, promotional financing, portfolio conversions, and data mapping, among others. These areas are ripe for automation and other enhancements to improve the products and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management


McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management


Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management









Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
