Key Responsibilities:
Own product strategy and delivery for digital experiences driven by SEO, geo-personalization, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and content performance.
Define MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and MRP (Minimum Remarkable Product) for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business value, user needs, and delivery constraints.
Manage prioritization and sequencing of features in Agile environments, supporting sprint planning, PI planning, and backlog refinement.
Embed experimentation and optimization tools into the product lifecycle, including heat map analysis, multivariate testing, and clickstream analytics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content teams, designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to ensure product features are discoverable, personalized, and measurable.
Use AI-enabled tools to support the rapid translation of business requirements into acceptance criteria, visual prototypes, and imperative test cases.
Communicate product strategy, feature rationale, trade-offs, and status clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in digital product delivery, with hands-on experience in content- and marketing-driven web platforms.
Proven track record of managing eMarketing features and tools such as SEO optimization, geo-targeted content, A/B testing, personalization engines, heat maps, and analytics platforms.
Experience working in Agile frameworks with comfort leading sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and release planning.
Strong knowledge of content delivery systems, including structured content, localization, metadata strategy, and editorial workflows.
Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools for rapid prototyping, user story refinement, and automated test case generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate business value, feature scope, and implementation plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with headless CMS platforms or composable digital architecture.
Exposure to generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) as part of the product delivery process.
Background in performance marketing, conversion optimization, or growth product management.
Experience in industries such as retail, travel, hospitality, or media where content and personalization are central to the customer experience.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 52,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 182,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
