About the RoleTotal Wine & More is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Technology organization in Bethesda, Maryland. This role is responsible for leading strategic Marketing Technology initiatives spanning Marketing, Loyalty, Email Campaigns, Personalization, Promotions, and Customer Service platforms. As a key leader, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to define product strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for our personalization capabilities and omni-channel marketing programs, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise objectives. You will report to the Sr. Director, Marketing & Corporate Systems.You willDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Marketing Technology solutions.Lead initiatives across Marketing, Loyalty, Email Campaigns, Customer Service, Personalization, and Promotions.Translate business objectives and user needs into actionable product requirements and features.Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize investments and align product delivery with enterprise goals.Drive the development and enhancement of best-in-class omni-channel customer experiences.Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery and continuous improvement.Oversee and mentor a team QA Analysts and Business Analysts.Establish key performance indicators and measure product success against business outcomes.Foster strong collaboration across Marketing, Digital, Customer Service, Technology, and Operations teams.You will come withBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Computer Science or equivalent years of experience7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably leading Marketing Technology, Loyalty, CRM, Personalization, Customer Service, or Digital Commerce initiatives.Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization for enterprise-scale technology solutions.Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms, marketing automation, promotions, loyalty programs, and omni-channel experiences.Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and executive leadership.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics and customer insights to inform product decisions.Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Manager/Product Owner, or similar product management certifications are preferred.Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM solutions, loyalty systems, customer data platforms (CDPs), or personalization technologies is highly desirable.
