We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of a developing product. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond with an emphasis on organizing the go-live initial operating capability.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the business end-users, technology, and vendors to deliver innovative products that delight our customers. The Product Manager will also provide project management tasks and act on behalf of the executive sponsor to accelerate success of the product.
Reports to: Chief Information Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
Collaborate with technology and design teams to define product requirements and user stories.
Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including launch plans and organizational change campaigns.
Monitor product launch performance and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with executive and technical leadership teams.
Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in Product Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data quality concepts.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business terms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Experience working on software development projects
