Job description

Position: Product Integration Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

As a Product Integration Specialist, youโ€™ll be the technical bridge between Attensiโ€™s products and our clientsโ€™ IT environments. Youโ€™ll work closely with client stakeholders, internal product teams, and external vendors to scope, implement, and support integrations that enhance user experience and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end product integration projects for new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with client IT teams to understand system requirements and constraints
  • Configure and implement integrations with client Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, SSO, and API-based services
  • Act as the technical point of contact for integration-related queries and troubleshooting
  • Customize API calls, webhooks, and data transformation processes based on client needs
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to improve the integration experience
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all integrations comply with security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in product integration, technical consulting, or implementation in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working with REST APIs, SSO (SAML/OAuth), and data formats such as JSON and XML
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple integration projects in parallel
  • Excellent communication skills โ€” able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar API platforms
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or cloud-based data integration tools
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, HRIS, or ERP
  • Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell) are a plus
  • Previous experience in EdTech, HRTech, or gamification platforms is desirable
