Responsibilities for a Product Innovation Associate include but are not limited to:
• Manage the full product development lifecycle for assigned categories, from concept through commercialization, including costing, sampling, testing, packaging, and production readiness.
• Conduct trend research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support product innovation and assortment strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including merchandising, sourcing, product design, supply chain, QA, packaging, and brand marketing to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain development trackers, timelines, product documentation, and milestone calendars while proactively identifying and resolving project roadblocks.

Candidates for Product Innovation Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Design, Merchandising, Trend Research, or a related consumer products field.
• Experience in retail, private label, pet products, home goods, lifestyle products, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficiency with visual presentation and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.

Pay Details: $42.55 per hour
