Your main responsibilities
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities.
Product Development:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to translate market needs into innovative and feasible product solutions.
Portfolio Management:
- Manage a diverse product portfolio, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and profitability.
- Define and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including pricing strategies, positioning, and marketing collateral.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within product management in an aftermarket product and service company, as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager at a senior level, preferably in a consumer goods-oriented industry. Ideal candidate will have direct experience in an aftermarket product and service company.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios and driving product innovation.
- Ability to travel extensively, potentially up to 50%.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- Experience in mobile living markets (RVs, marine, etc.) focused on the manufacturing and distribution of aftermarket products. Deep experience with the different aftermarket sales channels is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Technical background or understanding of product development processes is advantageous.
