Our client is looking for a Supplier Product Quality Development Engineer ready to ensure supplier excellence in product and process development. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.

Your Role, Your Impact
  • Lead supplier quality activities across assigned commodities and projects.
  • Define and deploy the Part Approval Process and SPQD cycle to meet quality and contract standards.
  • Perform supplier risk assessments and ensure compliance before production authorization.
  • Coordinate First Article Inspections and make Go/No-Go decisions for milestones.
  • Monitor supplier deliverables through the Supplier Quality Portal and steer timely FAI achievement.

Notre client est à la recherche d'un(e) Ingénieur(e) en développement de la qualité des produits fournisseurs qui sera responsable d'assurer l'excellence des fournisseurs en matière de développement des produits et des procédés. Vous travaillerez aux côtés de personnes qui font preuve d'autonomie, de passion et d'engagement.

Votre rôle, votre impact
  • Diriger les activités liées à la qualité des fournisseurs pour les commodités et les projets qui vous sont assignés.
  • Définir et déployer le processus d'approbation des pièces (Part Approval Process) ainsi que le cycle SPQD (Supplier Product Quality Development) afin de respecter les normes de qualité et les exigences contractuelles.
  • Effectuer des évaluations des risques fournisseurs et veiller à leur conformité avant l'autorisation de production.
  • Coordonner les inspections du premier article (FAI – First Article Inspection) et prendre les décisions Go/No-Go aux différentes étapes clés du projet.
  • Assurer le suivi des livrables des fournisseurs au moyen du portail de qualité fournisseurs et piloter l'atteinte des objectifs de FAI dans les délais prévus.

Vous travaillerez avec des équipes compétentes et engagées pour résoudre des défis complexes qui contribuent à façonner l'avenir de la mobilité, tout en assurant une qualité de classe mondiale au sein de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Ce que vous apporterez

  • Baccalauréat en qualité, en génie ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en fabrication, en qualité ou dans des fonctions liées à la gestion de projets.
  • Maîtrise des processus et outils liés à la qualité fournisseurs, notamment le PFMEA/AMDEC procédé et les plans de contrôle.
  • Solide connaissance des matériaux FRP/composites, des procédés de finition de surface et des procédés de collage.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec de solides aptitudes en leadership et en communication.

  • Respect des exigences de qualité fournisseurs et réalisation des livrables des projets dans les délais, sans écarts.
