Job Description

Identifying, developing, and evaluating product marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors

Formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.

Generating the new product proposal by evaluating the financial aspects of product development; such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

Directing the training and performance evaluations of the Marketing and Sales staff, including working with their daily activities.

Manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies by negotiating contracts with vendors and distributors

Consulting with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, process, IP, and packaging

Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the proper inventory, sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience in related IC marketing experience, inlcuding PCIE/PCI, USB 2.0, Video, and surveillance camera experience is a plus.

Electrical/Computer BS Engineering degree and MS is preferred
