The role

As a Product Development Specialist, you will help bring new Vale products from concept to launch, working at the intersection of food science, consumer insights, and manufacturing.

  • Lead formulation and development of new matcha beverages and product extensions
  • Coordinate prototype development and sensory evaluation panels
  • Manage product specifications, costing, and documentation throughout the development process
  • Partner with Supply Chain to qualify ingredients and packaging suppliers
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure products are scalable and repeatable
  • Support regulatory compliance and labeling requirements for new products
  • Track project timelines and communicate progress to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of food and beverage product development experience
  • Hands-on experience with prototype formulation and sensory evaluation
  • Familiarity with food regulatory requirements including FDA labeling
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
