The Ads interface and Platform team is looking for a new member! You will be responsible for the TikTok advertising product experience, including optimizing the ad creation process, improving ad infrastructure. Through this experience, you will gain firsthand knowledge of the underlying logic and implementation of advertising products, enabling a deep understanding of the advertising business. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities: - Support product strategy and operations initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis and user behavior analysis - Track key product and business metrics; synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations - Partner with product managers, operations, data analysts, and regional teams to support project planning, execution, and follow-through - Conduct user research and analyze feedback to surface pain points and identify opportunities for product iteration and growth - Draft and organize strategy documents, operations reports, project retrospectives, and stakeholder presentations - Help streamline internal workflows, data dashboards, and operating mechanisms to improve team efficiency

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields - Strong data analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and translate data into insight - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred. - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer-Fall 2026. - Background in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Management, Computer Science, or a related field and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, data visualization tools, or market research methodologies

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $28.50- $47.50.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
