Job description

What You'll Do:
The Product Development Manager supports the development of new product lines, including single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and condos, from land acquisition through construction.

                                                                          ***This is an in office position***

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Contribute to the product development of single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and condominiums.
Support the full development cycle, from land acquisition to model merchandising and improvement of existing products.
Coordinate with design professionals to create construction documents for bidding and permitting.
Review drawings, perform quality control and redlining, and communicate construction document requirements effectively.
Provide construction process support to field managers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

What You Have:
Strong communication skills for collaboration with management and field teams.
Detail-oriented with skills in quality control, drawing review, and coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Your Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in a related field or high school diploma with relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in production home building, either with an architectural firm or a builder's product development/architecture department.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.


Compensation: Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $75,000 - $85,000 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
