Job SummaryΒ 

This internship offers a hands-on experience in product developmentΒ within Wipfli's IP Product Engineering group. Interns will support the development and customization of Wipfli's Concur product, gaining exposure to the full software lifecycle-from understanding product architecture to client implementation and support.Β 

Responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesΒ 

  • Assist in the development of software applications, including writing and testing codeΒ 
  • Work closely with experienced developers and participate in team meetingsΒ 
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities within software & connectorsΒ 
  • Software configuration and development, leveraging leading edge technologyΒ 
  • Comment code regarding functional purpose and design nuancesΒ 
  • Assist the team in R&D and foundational efforts to position the team to deliver innovative solutions to the clientΒ 
  • Assist in managing project timelines and deliverablesΒ 
  • Suggest and implement improvements to existing processes and workflowsΒ 
  • Receive guidance and mentorship from senior mentors to enhance professional and technical skillsΒ 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:Β 

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related major focus.Β Β 
  • Strong academic performance, 3.0 GPA minimum within your major courseworkΒ 
  • Experience with .NET, python, Javascript preferredΒ 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsΒ 
  • Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologiesΒ 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Β Β 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Β Β 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Β Β 
  • Ability to build and foster professional business relationshipsΒ Β
