Job description

As our New Product Development Lead on a 12-month contract, you will take ownership of delivering innovative beauty products from concept through to launch.

Working across MECCA MAX and colour, this hands-on role will see you drive end-to-end product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring exciting new products to life. You'll play a key role in shaping our innovation pipeline while ensuring every product meets MECCA's high standards of quality, creativity, and performance.

The Role You Could Play:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of new product development projects from concept to launch

  • Collaborate with brand, design, regulatory and supply chain teams to deliver best-in-class products

  • Manage timelines, milestones and vendor relationships to ensure projects stay on track

  • Drive packaging development and artwork approvals in line with brand and compliance requirements

  • Support innovation pipeline planning, including key seasonal launches such as Holiday collections

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in New Product Development, ideally within beauty or cosmetics

  • Strong understanding of formulation, packaging and manufacturing processes

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight timelines

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
