Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturing company in Korean Bilingual R&D Manager with a leading cosmetics manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA.

Client: A leading cosmetics manufacturing company

We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead product development and innovation for a growing cosmetics manufacturer. This role requires 7 12 years of hands-on experience in formulation, testing, and product launch cycles, especially in skincare, personal care, or makeup categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new cosmetic formulations from concept through production
  • Manage product testing, stability studies, and ingredient compatibility evaluations
  • Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU, etc.)
  • Oversee scale-up trials and provide technical guidance to production teams
  • Analyze market trends and collaborate with marketing and sales to align development goals
  • Manage and mentor a small team of formulation scientists or lab technicians

Qualifications:
