Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Saviynt Product Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural ownership of the Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. This role serves as the primary authority for platform design, configuration, integration, and operational stability.

You will work closely with security leadership, system owners, cloud architects, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant identity services across the enterprise. The position requires deep Saviynt expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to guide both internal teams and external partners.

Core Responsibilities

Saviynt Architecture & Platform Ownership

  • Own the overall technical architecture of Saviynt IGA across core modules including Identity Governance, Access Requests, Certifications, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML).
  • Define scalable, secure, and compliant identity workflows aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the final technical authority for Saviynt configurations, design decisions, and architectural standards.
  • Review and approve platform configurations, customizations, and connector designs.

Configuration, Workflows & Governance Design

  • Provide hands-on expertise across Saviynt UI, menus, workflows, JSON rules, APIs, and configuration frameworks.
  • Lead design and optimization of:
    • Access request and approval workflows
    • Certification and access review campaigns
    • Role models and entitlement structures
    • Automated Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes
  • Establish and enforce best practices for policy enforcement, segregation of duties (SoD), and risk-based access governance.

Integrations & Cloud Enablement

  • Lead the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of integrations with:
    • Active Directory, Azure AD, and Entra ID
    • HR systems such as Workday
    • Enterprise and cloud-based applications
  • Collaborate with AWS and enterprise cloud architects on secure network design, integration patterns, and data flows.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production challenges.
  • Provide technical oversight to system integrators and delivery partners (e.g., Accenture).
  • Review partner deliverables, testing results, and implementation outcomes for quality and design adherence.
  • Mentor configuration analysts and junior engineers, providing technical guidance and architectural direction.

Production Readiness & Continuous Improvement

  • Support go-live planning, production readiness reviews, and stabilization activities.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for incidents and recurring operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Saviynt usage, platform performance, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA).
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Saviynt implementation experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Saviynt workflows, rules, APIs, and connectors
    • Identity lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
    • Certification and access review processes
  • Proven experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise systems and cloud applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
  • Ability to lead and influence technical discussions with senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Saviynt certifications (L200, L300, L400, or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise IGA transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks such as SOX, SOC, and ISO.
  • Experience working within AWS-based enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience leading, reviewing, or governing system integrator delivery
