NetSuite Consultant (Procurement) – 6 Month Contract - San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Overview We’re seeking a Netsuite Consultant with strong procurement expertise to support a transformation initiative. The ideal consultant brings hands‑on experience with P2P workflows, vendor management, and approval routing, along with exposure to Zip or Coupa for intake, sourcing, or procurement orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and configure Netsuite procurement and purchasing modules (POs, vendor records, item sourcing, approvals).
  • Streamline P2P workflows, including requisition intake, routing, and compliance.
  • Integrate or align Netsuite processes with Zip or Coupa (preferred).
  • Troubleshoot procurement transactions, data issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure clean handoffs and accurate reporting.
  • Document process changes and provide light enablement to business users.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years Netsuite functional experience with strong Procurement / P2P depth.
  • Hands‑on configuration of purchasing, approvals, vendor management, and procurement workflows.
  • Experience with Zip or Coupa (intake, sourcing, approvals, or integrations).
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving environment and deliver quick wins.

Contract Length 6 months, with potential extension based on project needs.
