IT Procurement Consultant – Indirect Procurement Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) Work Schedule: Onsite weekly (Tuesday + as needed); Remote (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri) 12 + month contract Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes with cross-functional stakeholders Support contract development and execution (NDAs, SaaS, software licensing, professional services agreements) Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to identify improvement opportunities and enhance service delivery Conduct spend analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation Manage sourcing activities, supplier interactions, and ad hoc procurement requests Utilize SAP Ariba P2P system to review requests and issue purchase orders Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in indirect procurement / strategic sourcing Hands-on experience with RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes Mandatory experience with SAP Ariba (P2P system) Experience in facilities management, IT, or technology procurement Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and influencing abilities Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
