Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting in the procurement of supplies, equipment, labor and services for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Housing Department. The individual will perform administrative duties related to the acquisition of supplies, equipment, labor and services as well as those related to soliciting and maintaining grants from Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other grant organizations. The incumbent builds and maintains working relationships with associates, members of the Tribal community, vendors and contractors. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages, including Excel. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to work overtime if necessary.
