Role Summary
The Procurement Associate supports the execution of day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring efficient, compliant purchasing of goods and services. This role partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate sourcing events, process procurement transactions, and maintain accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with business units to understand scope, specifications, and timelines
  • Provide guidance on procurement processes and ensure policy alignment
  • Coordinate across internal teams to support issue resolution and delivery
  1. RFQ / Sourcing Support
  • Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers
  • Coordinate supplier communications, clarifications, and bid timelines
  • Track and organize proposals; support basic commercial evaluations
  1. Purchase Order Management
  • Create and process purchase orders in procurement system
  • Validate alignment with approved quotes and budgets
  1. Change Order Processing
  • Process changesorders for scope, cost, or schedule adjustments
  • Ensure proper approvals and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate revision history
  1. Administrative & Compliance Support
  • Maintain procurement documentation (quotes, POs, contracts)
