14858 - GEP Smart Product Support Engineer (Onsite) - Juno Beach, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
  • Experience with GEP Smart across Materials Procurement, Services Procurement, Source-to-Contract, and Spend Analytics modules (3-5+ years);
  • Experience with hybrid GEP/SAP procurement landscapes, including document flows and system-of-record boundaries;
  • Experience with GEP Click and integration middleware such as SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO), including tracing and troubleshooting cross-system transaction failures;
  • Experience with Service PO and Service Confirmation workflows in GEP and their integration with SAP for invoice posting and financial reconciliation;
  • Experience with master data interfaces between GEP and SAP, including supplier, material/service, and organizational structure data;
  • Experience with defect and backlog tracking tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.

Preferred:
  • Experience with the utility or energy industry;
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery models.

Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve GEP Smart production incidents for Materials and Services procurement, including Service POs, Service Confirmations, Vendor Catalogs, approval workflows, and user access;
  • Trace and troubleshoot cross-system transaction failures end-to-end across SAP Process Orchestration and GEP Click middleware;
  • Support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) in GEP, including contract creation, approval workflows, amendments, renewals, and migration of legacy contracts from SAP SRM to GEP;
  • Coordinate with SAP functional teams on issues where GEP-originated transactions fail to post correctly in SAP for invoice processing and financial reconciliation;
  • Monitor and support master data interfaces between GEP and SAP, troubleshooting sync failures and mismatches that cause downstream procurement or invoicing errors;
  • Support Business Unit-specific GEP tenant configurations, including approval hierarchies, notification templates, roles, and permissions;
  • Execute SIT, regression, and UAT test cycles for product features, configurations, and integration touchpoints across the SAP-GEP landscape.
