Support QISG's turnkey project execution by coordinating key procurement activities, ensuring materials and services are acquired on time, on budget, and in compliance with project requirements. Work closely with procurement specialists, project teams, and vendors to support schedule alignment, cost control, and procedural compliance.

What You'll Do
  • Support QISG's project teams by coordinating procurement activities to ensure materials and services are acquired accurately and on time.
  • Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and revisions, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date project and procurement documentation with minimal errors.
  • Communicate with vendors to manage deliveries, expedite critical materials, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Help the team comply with procurement policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement specialists and project teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle.
