We are seeking a dynamic and execution‑focused Senior Director, Accounting to lead our high‑volume, enterprise‑wide accounting functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting leader who thrives in operational environments, brings deep technical expertise, and is energized by transformation, automation, and process excellence. You will oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Tax Operations while serving as a key business owner for our Oracle Fusion ERP platform. This is a critical leadership role that ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our financial operations as the company continues to grow. This is a hybrid position, with a standard Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite schedule. Other onsite work may be required as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities
  • Lead high‑volume accounting operations across Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant vendor payments and supporting tens of thousands of active terms accounts with high transactional throughput.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant vendor payments.
  • Oversee General Ledger activities that include journal entry governance, reconciliations, and close processes.
  • Oversee Tax Operations, including indirect tax compliance and audit readiness.
  • Drive operational excellence by building and scaling processes that support high‑volume, high‑complexity environments; developing and monitoring KPIs to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all accounting functions.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Serve as the business owner for the Oracle Fusion ERP platform across AR, AP, GL, and tax modules; partner with IT to drive system enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements; lead ERP‑related projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes using automation, AI, RPA, workflow tools, and analytics; lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
  • Implement best‑in‑class operational practices and scalable process frameworks.
  • Manage and mentor leaders across AR, AP, GL, and tax operations; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; partner closely with FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, and business units to support enterprise priorities.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of large operational teams.
  • Strong background in AR, AP, GL, and tax operations within high‑volume environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise ERP systems preferred.
  • Proven track record driving automation, process improvement, and operational transformation.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross‑functional partnership skills.
  • Nice to have: experience in a shared services or centralized accounting operations model, exposure to controllership responsibilities or desire to grow into a future Controller role, experience supporting large customer portfolios or complex billing environments.
Why Join Us

  • High visibility with senior leadership and a clear path to future growth.
  • Chance to modernize and transform accounting operations on a next‑generation ERP platform.
  • Culture that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
