About this Plant Manager role:

Minimum Qualifications We’re Looking For:

· At least 7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Superintendent in the wood industry, specifically Plywood manufacturing

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or at least 15 years of relevant industry experience

· Strong financial acumen with expertise in operational budgeting

· A proven track record in wood manufacturing, preferably plywood, OSB, or EWP

· Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus!

· Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
