Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our house accounts, phone and walk-in customers. This role is critical for managing relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering positive experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, transactional environment, displaying a commitment to service excellence and effective problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Support: Provide high-quality customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle customer service inquiries providing accurate information and solutions to problems.
  • Sales Support and Transaction Processing: Assist customers with transactions, orders, and purchases, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Supporting the customer experience in partnership with the branch as needed.
  • Capture potential quantity discount upsell opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Solicit and record customer feedback, sharing insights with the sales and product teams to improve services and offerings.
